I use a long-handled body brush I got at Bath and Body works for the shower gels, because it exfoliates a bit while cleansing, which helps, but I also do a lot of yoga, so I'm fairly bendable. So, as far as the lotion goes, I just kinda apply it with my fingers? That's probably gross. But, you know, it works.
