Rosacea
In rosacea the blood vessels of the face enlarge resulting in a flushed appearance. It’s a common, red, acne-like non contagious skin condition. It presents itself as red or pink patches, visible tiny broken blood vessels, small red bumps, red cysts, and pink or irritated eyes. Available medical treatments include antibacterial washes, topical creams, antibiotic pills, lasers, pulsed-light therapies, photodynamic therapy, and isotretinoin creams.
