A light and fresh skin toner with Crystal Water for superb hydration. Non-greasy and alcohol-free formula leaves skin refreshed and revitalized, without a tight or dry feeling. Moisten cotton pad with toner and gently rub on cleansed face and neck. Tap skin until toner is fully absorbed. Best used by normal to dry skin types. Contains Crystal Water for deep hydration. Adding moisture to dry skin and maintaining the skins healthy p. H levels. How to Use: After washing the face, soak cotton puff with toner and apply onto the face. Tap lightly until fully absorbed.
