Started using this in the winter because it was recommended for rosacea, and as an aftershave, and also to try to improve my skin's moisture level. At first I was using every day, morning and night, and really liked it. It doesn't do anything dramatic regarding moisture, but it helps. What I really liked is that it doesn't cause irritation at all and helps keep my skin (rosacea) calm. Again, it won't stop a full blown flare-up, but it can help. It applies very easy and leaves skin silky. I was afraid it was too much for my combination skin during summer, so I'm currently using only at night, but plan on trying to use it twice a day again.
