My go to makeup remover. I smear it over top my makeup, and wipe it off with a hot, wet washcloth. I typically cleanse with nuetrogena or purpose cleanser after & then moisturize. However sometimes when I'm lazy after wiping it off I just leave the residue on to moisturize.

I've searched for a better makeup remover, but I've never found one better than Pond's Cold Cream. What I don't like about it is that it is petroleum-based, but so are a lot of cheaper skin care products. If I could find something non-petroleum-based that worked as well as this, I'd use that instead, but I just can't fight how well this works at removing eye makeup. Dab a little on your mascara and eyeliner, swipe gently with a tissue, and it's gone.
