I have several nice exfoliators and this is just one of them. The term 'microdermabrasion' is somewhat misleading in that it encourages the buyer to think that it will do a deep exfoliating. It is a nice exfoliator but too expensive for just an exfoliator. I would not buy it again.

I've tried many other scrubs like Kate Somerville's ExfoliKate, but I always come back to this. My skin looks amazing the day after I use it. I can't live without it.
