Oil-free eye moisturizer combines absorbent esters of Rice Bran and Soja Amino Acid Proteins for restorative, continual hydration throughout the day and night. Will certainly reduce lines and wrinkles, while promoting capillary circulation to address puffiness and dark circles (hence the Rocky reference). Size: .5 oz.
