Some products don't absorb well, and instead "sit" on top of skin forming a film, which can range from light to heavy. If you still have a layer of product sitting on top of your skin, the rate would be considered Very Slow.

This is a good product and a little goes a long way. You do have to blend it with your fingers into your skin otherwise it just sits there for a long time and doesn't really absorb into the skin. My eyes did feel less puffy so it must be working!
