Try use 'oat' mask with honey. Its soften yer skin. I do it regularly

Microdermabrasion wont cause any damage to your skin, if done incorrectly you may experience "zebra striping" on your skin but this is only temporary. You shouldn't experience any swelling from this either. But it's not a plastic surgery ...

It's probably infected. After popping a pimple clean it with hydrogen peroxide then use a acne fighting solution.
I've noticed a huge difference after I started thoroughly cleansing my skin. I added an oil cleanser before using another non harsh cleanser. My acne has disappeared and my skin looks a lot better!
