sometime the skin texture wrinkle, could it because of age?

Yes, I do agree with Sheetal that exposure to the sun is the major reason for wrinkles.So you must have wear sunscreen when you go out.

Excessive exposure to the sun is reason no. 1 for wrinkles.

Wrinkles are delicate creases caused by thin, sagging skin. These are especially visible on the face, neck and hands. Wrinkles appear when the collagen and elastin present in the connective tissue of the skin is weakened or decrease in number. Wrinkles are a part and parcel of the ageing process, premature wrinkles are caused by over Exposure to Sun, smoking, Pollution, stress, weight loss & loss of vitamin E.
