White head problem..

I have a lot of whiteheads on my nose and want something to get rid of them and prevent them. My nose is very oily as well, and i usually only use facial cleansing wipes every morning and night to clean my face. Any suggestions??

Use a benzoyl peroxide or salicydic acid spot treatment to get rid of them( i find that benzoyl peroxide works better but it depends on your skin) then to prevent them use some nose strips like biore pore cleansing strips or what ever they are called. I had the same problem as you and now all of the white heads are gone and I get them rarely.

Try an oil free cleanser with a toner, and I don't care what they say, pop those suckers!
