Good skin comes when you find a skincare range that worked well with your skin. Cleanse, tone, moisturise twice a day, keep hydrated with water and fresh juice, cut down on sugar and try to get a enough sleep. Tiredness and stress can cause havoc with your skin and make it dull and spotty.
