What is a natural way to get rid of acne?

I have medium acne and I really need to get rid of it can someone please help

You could use ice on the effected areas. You should check out dr. Ordons 'better in 7' Book, it has some great natural DIY acne treatments......you could also purchase a aloe Vera plant and use it on your face, it's more natural then the bottled aloe vera and works twice as well

Ur best bet is going to the dermatologist.. No one can help u better than a doctor. Let them get to the root of the problem and help u get rid of the acne forever :)

Salicylic acid cleanser ,toner and exfoliate about 2 times MAX per week. And moisturizer
