What can happen to my skin?

I have used St. Ives Face Scrub everyday for months now, day and night. I stopped using it because I heard it's bad for your skin.

That is a good product, but sweetie, don't use it daily. You want to use a good mask or abrasion only about 2-3 times a week. Let me know if you need more of my help. I've been using the St. Ives Apricot scrub regularly for a long time now. Not done any harm to my skin! I would suggest exfoliating your skin once in 8/10 days. Scrubbing everyday is not recommended as this strips the skin off its natural moisture and oils. No harm done to my skin with St. Ives. Scrub:) Cheers!
