Thicker hair?!

My hair is thinning/: how can I get thicker hair?! Any help is welcome! Thank you!!!

The other girl who answered is right I have naturally very thick hair but I also recently began to use mane n tail so tht I could grow my hair out and it had lots of great results from other people also I take biotin vitamins( btw not trying roger anyone to take pills or anything like that) but basically that supports healthy skin hair and nails

Main and tail shamoo and cond. i had a horse with thin hair and it helped a lot and on mine.
