Shoulder/back acne?

How to clear a red back and shoulder pimples? Really very mild but my skin is sensitive and you never know when it could get worse.

I use sulfur soap from Walmart! It sounds silly but it works miraculously, and it is very inexpensive. I had horrible acne on my back and shoulders, and within a couple weeks it was dramatically improved. I've recommended it to several of my friends and they all have had results too! So maybe give it a try! A bar of Sulfur soap from Walmart, comes in a little orangy-yellow box and costs about $5. Hope this helps :)
