Redness on nose?

Hi So on the sides of my nose It's quite red. When I put foundation there it runs really weird and gross it's hard to explain. Any advice?

If you are sure that you don't have some dermatitis, maybe you can try to exfoliate your face, especially nose with this product http://www.myskin.com/product/details/physical-cleansing-scrub?pid=10405070019 Try to find the sample first, of course :)

I know it's not my foundation because I dont tend to wear foundation daily. Though when I do my sides of my nose it's gets kinda dry on ALL products
