really small spots on forehead!?!?!

Thanks for stopping by!!!!! so i had lots of pimples on chin and other places just scattered. I'm on pills from my dermatologist which has made a huge impact!!! now i get a few during my period and other times one or two. so much better than before!!!! :) but i woke up today with a ton of really small bumps on my forehead. i haven't sone anything diff with my skin and idk what is wrong... is it acne? i got so much in one night then!!! it itches sometimes and is res and they are really small. i can't stop them... i don't want a ton of bright red dots! they are really small bubble looking things. and by really small, i mean really really small!! is it acne????
