One day my skin is oily the next day it's dry. Does any one know what it is or why this happens?

Ok so I will add the cream tonight and other days plus exfoliat twice a week. I really appreciate u guys helping find out why this happens and solutions.

R u exfoliating just once a week? I agree with the other answer. Ur skin might be just producing more oil to compensate for the lack of moisture. Exfoliate once or twice a week. Add a night cream to your routine. Maybe also try a cleanser for sensitive skin....something in the organic range.

My skin care routine is : - wash face - exfoliat my face/nose - put toner - put the Nivea soft moisturizer

Thank you for giving me answers and yes I sometimes wear makeup but only like 3 days a week.

Your skin type is more than likely dry, when the skin is parched, it overcompensates by ramping up oil production. Invest in a really good moisturizer, this is especially important at bedtime. Your body temp increases as you sleep, causing your pores to open and take in the products you apply. Use oil blotting sheets during the day as needed, and something with hyaluronic acid at night...it takes moisture from the environment and makes it available for your skin.
