I have quiet an oily skin and I'm starting to get a rash near my chin

I suggest you use non comedogenic, hypo allergenic, water based light skincare products. For your chin, use a gentle cleanser to wash two times a day and apply a light moisturtizer. If there is pain and pus in the chin acne you may need to go on antibiotics and tabs.
