I have an important event coming up in a month and my back/chest has a bunch of acne and scars on it. I need a super fast treatment help!!

Here you go exfoliate your skin using a loofah and an acne body wash. I'd suggest using the neutrogena brand . For the scars apply light layer of any whitening cream. :)
