My hair,so damaged!!!!

My hair is very thin and fine (I get it from my father) and my hair can get very easily damaged by heat and its very frizzy. My hair is below my shoulders and I really don't want to count my hair so does anybody have a really good product for fine/thin hair that helped them a lot?

I realise that simple step like using hair mask consistently will definitely improve the condition of your hair. I used the one from Loreal or sometimes i just use olive oil. Also try to use heat protector when styling ur hair.

Philip Kingslys range is brilliant, my hair has never been as good before. It's hard to get blonde hair to shine without making it greasy and limp. The Elastersizer that you use before you shampoo and can leave in overnight is the best treatment I have ever used, soft, shiny and fizz free.

Aveda damage remedy. I use the leave in treatment! It restored my hair back to health. 3 months ago I had hair down to my bellybutton. It was virgin hair to. :( then I decided I wanted an ombré done to my hair. Well the stylist messed up really bad dyed the top of my head black then bleached the rest of it like crazy! I hated it tried to get it fixed which ment more bleaching. I had my hair bleached a total of 3 times within a week! It was straw! I cut 12 inches off and since I have color over bleached hair it still felt gross but shorter. I used the aveda treatment and I have really soft hair again!!!
