Doctor! And maybe try skin m.d. Shielding. Lotion, I've heard good things about it for eczema.

Olive oil directly on the area. It's packed with antioxidants... Which helps calm the inflammation. But you should still see a doc!

Mix up honey an olive oil an leave that in for 5 min wash off then moisturise three time a day , works for me ( don't use perfumed moisturiser though)
