I don't know if I spelled that right*. Is there any way that I can get the redness to go away?

if you have ezcema you should go to a dermatologist. You are most likely allergic to something, and that causes you to get ezxema (like me) cortizone creams do wonders, but most of them are over the counter

Try using neutrogena redness relief wash. It can be purchased at any local drug store
