I get a new milia near my eyes everytime I'm out in the sun. How to prevent this?

Excessive sun exposure triggers milia. With sun exposure, your skin gets thickened and milia/ whiteheads come up. Regular exfoliation with an alpha hydroxy acid skincare product will exfoliate your sun exposed skin and not give you these whiteheads. If possible reduce your exposure to the sun! When outdoors, physical sun protection is good- cover your eyes with wide rimmed glares. Use a hat for further sun protection and don't forget to us an SPF rich sunscreen around your eyes and on your face.
