Makeup changes my skin color?!?!

I'll put makeup like bronzer or foundation on in the morning and it will look great in till around 3-5 hours later my skin looks like its pink and darker. Why!?

Are you oily? This will affect the color after a while.

Ur foundation also has to be full coverage but light so it doesn't look pink or darker during the day

I agree with soho A primer is what I believe helps the makeup from slipping off your face. What type of skin do you have and how do u apply your foundation? If u have oily skin the best way to apply foundation is with a sponge because it adsorbs the oil on your face. If u have dry skin ur skin is absorbing the product because ur foundation is a form of liquid and ur skin wants liquid. I hope this helps u.:) :)

R u using a primer? And what foundation do u use? If its a foundation that oxides then that could be a reason. If ur skin tends to go red/pink naturally and very easily that could also be a reason. Pigmentation is another factor.
