Literally can't put makeup on my face without it looking WORSE?

I have acne around my lower jawline and lower outer cheeks, as in you cant ever see it unless I'm turned to the side. I've come to the conclusion that it's hormonal and due to excessive stress. I haven't had clear skin in honestly over a year now. My skin is usually dry and I always feel as if my skin will just get oilier if I moisturize, because it tends to. Anyone know of anything that doesn't make acne and red marks stand out when you put on liquid/powder/cream (ANY really) foundation ?

I think a cream foundation would be good because sometimes wearing a liquid foundation over pimples can make ur face look more greasy

You've answered your own question :) If stress and hormonal imbalances are creating problems, work on these two triggers! I guess, your acne and red marks should reduce then. If you have dry skin, using a moisturizer that works for your skin in important. A moisturizer provides moisture, not oil! Use a water based, gel infusion that is non- comedogenic and hypoallergenic. Before you apply a foundation, conceal those spots for quick coverage! xoxo
