Is there a product that gets rid of milia or whiteheads?

Please help! I get these pesky tiny white bumps around my nose and the only way to get rid of them is to go to an esthetician and get them extracted with a needle (painful/costly). I'm looking for a product that would remove milia or at least prevent them.

Hi! I understand what you mean because I have some too. Not sure what way to get rid of them but I do know what way to PREVENT them. Exfoliate your skin 2 or 3 times a week. Watever works for you, it unclogs your pores preventing white bumps and pimples. Hope I helped :)
