Is stress really that hard on your skin?

I eat healthy, have a great skin care routine(as most esthi's do!) ,drink lots of water/ unsweetened tea's, and still feel like I look tired and sallow. So, is stress really that hard on us?

Stress is extremely hard on our bodies. It can make you look older than you really are. It's been known to cause hair loss, high blood pressure, ulcers, anxieties and the list goes on and on. My advise is to keep up with your routine, but take out an hour every day to do something to relax and unwind :). I hope this helps :)
