I easily develop a bumpy rash when my skin is irritated by scratching or tight fitting clothes especially nearing menstruation. Does anyone have these problems and what products do you use to reduce the symptoms?

you could have dermographism depending on if its actually the tough that is causing the irritation or if its actually just the products you are using. If, when you scratch your self a red welt rises it is most likely dermographism. If this is the case go see your doctor and they will most likely put you on a antihistamine to reduce the symptoms if it is severe but if this is just happening around your menstrual cycle you are probably just experiencing sensitive skin and don't actually have dermographism but if it is happening at least one a week you should go see your doctor. hope this helps :)
