I always get heated easily and it starts in my face. I feel like I could get away by telling someone I have a fever

My skin will flare up easy if I rub or apply particularly foundations or even cleansers or moisturizers due to something in the product as well as the rubbing. Why does my skin flare up like this?

U have sensitive skin and should start using products especially for sensitive skin

Definitely sensitivity. Try products that are fragrance/color/filler free.
