how do I get rid of a SERIOUS disgusting and so obvious spot on the side of my face.

Is it a pimple or a dark spot?

If it just the one spot try tooth paste , have you popped it ? , if you have use tooth paste over night and moisturise in the day , if not try popping it with a pin to relieve the pressure then clean with antiseptic ... But if you can leave it don't pop it and just keep it clean
