How to treat uneven skin when sunscreen is making it worse do to contact dermatitis?

I have brown skin so Ihyperpigment easily because of damage to skin (eczema, enlargened acne, broken, and contact dermatitis). In order to lighten properly I was informed that I need to use sunscreen with a skin lightener. But what do I do if the sunscreen is making it worse, I have tried several sunscreens with no avail ( it takes 2 weeks between reactions to test sunscreens/sunblocks). Is there any solutions for someone with hyperpigmentation on the face? (it to low for a hat/sunglasses) I am going to try green beaver sunblock , but I need to a solution if I have no luck with sunscreen. I had to stop lighten until the skin goes back to normal, but I hear that the longer I wait to treat dark spots the more permanent they become, please I don't want to live with this disfiguring pigmentation on my face.

Make sure the sunscreen you're using is Zinc based (not a chemical sunscreen). Zinc is naturally soothing and is a physical sunscreen, so it won't break down. To help with hyperpigmentation there are 3 essential, basic things you need to do: -Inhibit/Supress Melanin (creates pigment, prevents new cells from over pigmentation) -Resruface (move older, pigmented cells up and out so they can be replaced with the newer, less pigmented cells) -Protect (wear sunscreen! sun exposure is a huge trigger to hyperpigmentation) I personally think it's best to have your skin lightener and sunscreen in separate products, they tend to be more effective. I'd start with getting a sunscreen that works and get your skin under control, then try adding a lightening product. I'd recommend trying the sunscreen I use: Dermaquest Zinclear SPF 30.

there was a site that is developing an all natural/ organic sun screen. a lot of people are allergic to the ingredients in sunscreen , which leads to inflammation and potentially worsening of hyper pigmentation. hydroquinone is the same. also you can check out certain moisturizers. they try to block the production of melanin , which is the reason the dark spot exists.

Regular Exfoliation and using a sunscreen will help. Mild BHA peels are good for removing the upper dead skin build up. You can also try using a Vitamin C serum to reduce existing dark spots. Last but not the least, be happy, don't worry- the wrinkles due to all that stress are bad!
