How to get rid of split ends ?!?

I have really mean split ends and I want to get rid of them. Any ways or suggestions would be REALLY helpful .

You should get a trim for starters if you don't get a trim every once in a while then your hairs not healthy. I started using dove nutritive therapy shampoo and conditioner and it actually helped the split ends I have :)

I've been using wen cleansing conditioner exclusively for a couple months now and my hair has never looked better. I cheated and washed my hair with another traditional shampoo and conditioner and my hair looked and felt like straw. It's been 6 months since I've had a cut and I have zero split ends. Try it
