how do you remove a deformed mole?

I went to my dermatologist and asked what was on my leg and she told me it was a deformed mole. I never wear shorts because of it, EVER. How do I remove it or dull it out safely?

Ur dermatologist would know how to get rid of them. My mum had hers removed through our local doctor
