Clinique dark spot corrector. It's the best product on the market for this...it takes time but it works! Also use SPF so they don't get worse!

Exfoliate to get rid of the damaged skin cells it'll take time but the spots will eventually fade. Sometimes rubbing lemon juice on the spot helps but be careful not to dry out your skin by putting too much!
