How do I get rid of swelling?

I have a pimple on my nose that does not have a head nor puss in it. Yet it is humongous and very red. And it hurts like crazy! Please help!!!!

most likely you have a cyst. It is completely normal, treat it like any other pimple. Yous products that are anti inflammatory like witch hazel,tea tree and aloe vera. Most likely it is red because it is irritated (from touching) or it is infected .
