How do I get rid of bumps on my forehead and cheeks?

I have bumps mostly on my forehead which are not filled with puss, it's just bumps. And I don't know how to get rid of them. I had some beige but know I got more growing.

Those are called papules. It could also be milia which in most states can only be extracted by a dermatologist with a lancet (needle). Do not attempt to extract because if its a papule, there's nothing inside of it. If it's milia and you attempt to you can damage your skin. Exfoliate with a liquid exfoliant
