How can I get rid of dry skin on my face?

I exfoliate each week and more often in the winter. If you use a enzymatic product it won't dry it out as much as one with bits in it. I use Gatineaus gommarge , it's very effective and has a lovely orange smell. I also use cream cleanser, a night serum and sunscreen all year.

Use a moisturizer for very dry skin, should go pretty quick :)
