Homemade moisturizing facial mist?

My skin feels so tight and dry and looks dry after I put makeup on. I don't use powder either just liquid. :(

Just add oatmeal n milk to da blender , two spoon of oatmeal and about half of cup if milk n the texture should be like lotion type then add to face for 20 minutes n it clears ur face , guarantee to make soft skin after

Try an oil like vitamin e. It'll give u more moisture to help the try skin. U can try combining distiller water, rose flower water, orange flower water and 1/3 cup milk in a pan and heat it for 2 mins on low. Add aloe Vera gel after removing it from heat and stir. Better to use a disposable stick to stir with. Store it in a sterilized bottle for hygiene purposes. Refrigerate for 24 hrs before use. Hope that helps
