holes where I used to have acne

I want to get rid of them , not sure if they're scars or large pores, and treatments/remedies

Your scars/ craters could be due to you popping or picking your acne... Never do this! You could reduce your pores by using a pore minimizer. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser, gently. Don't be harsh on your skin. Don't use products that contain alcohol and other harsh chemicals. Visit a derm for procedures that would even out and polish your skin, reduce the skin pits, may have to get chemical peels/ microdermabrasion on done.
