Hi! I have a big red pimple/bump on my nose, It hurts to the touch.. Any suggestions to get rid of it or get it smaller!

My nose gets oily real fast.. I used the Neutrogena Wave vibration scrub.. It cleans it but never gets rid of it!

The scrub may be doing more harm than good, you don't want to irritate that area if it's already inflamed.

Try dabbing tea tree oil on it. Thats what I do,
