HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my skin has random dry patches but my nose is extremely shiny and has pimples all around it! What should I do!?!?! I would prefer no product recommendations but natural recipes or tips. Thankyou:)

It sounds like you are over cleansing. Try only cleansing at night time and then in the morning just use clean warm water to get rid of any oiliness. Then apply a light moisturizer after doing so. But bot at night time since thats the main time to let your skin breathe. I am in beauty therapy so trust me this will help. Good luck! :)
