Breakouts on your forehead alone can be caused from residue left in your hair. It is highly suggested to use a hair care system that is sulfate-free. Arboone offers an amazing shampoo and conditioner that I am confident you would love. Visit http://christinaatkinson.myarbonne.ca click under product line FC5. Here you will see the shampoo and conditioner I am speaking of. Hope this helps. Have a botanically beautiful day.

I had the same issue, and I know how awful it can be! You have congested skin and the comedones (tiny white bumps) can't purge themselves from your skin. Pus can form when your body's immune response kicks in to try to help the situation. You can do several things. An esthetician can extract them and help recommend a good skin care routine to prevent the breakouts. If your skin is not sensitive, exfoliate!

Looks like the skincare products you use are worsening your acne and oiliness. They seem to be increasing your sebum activity! You need to buy products meant for sensitive skin, water based, organic, light textured and gels. Use wipes to dab the excess oil that builds up on your T-zone. Have you checked the expiry dates of your skincare products? If problem persists, visit a derm.

I think it's best to see a dermatologist. I use to have something similar when I was 15-16 an tried a bunch of products from natural to expensive. The only thing that helped me was the products recommended by my dermatologist as it was something that had to be fixed internally. Hope that helps

Forehead acnes mainly because of lack of sleep or always stay up late that affect your hormone so I suggest you sleep as early as you can. Also I consider your skin as combination skin type, when your problem area getting oily, you should use a piece of tissue to dab gently on your skin to remove extra oil. Hope my opinion can help! :)
