Fish oil?

I've heard different sides for fish oil. I know it's good for your heart but does it make ur skin improve specifically acne? Thx :)

Fish oil is good but krill oil is better ........ ........i also noe quite a few people who gain alot of wait due to fish oil!!!!

I agree with susie. It's a vitamin so I would think it would be good. It's also good for shiny hair to.

Fish oil really helps keep your skin soft from the inside out. I swear by probiotics to keep my skin clean and clear.
