DO NOT TAN. use a fake tan but I would recommend researching on which are good and which are not good fake tanners.

ALWAYS FAKE TAN, TANNING IS SO BAD FOR YOU IN THE LONG RUN. IT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK OLD AND IT CAUSES WRINKLES. IF YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN YOUR 40'S STAY AWAY FROM TANNING ! :)

Tanning booths give a more natural look and last longer but can cause lots of skin problems. Fake tan washes away gives un even look if not done right and can look a little orange! Soo... Neither one is the best!

I would say both. don't think that the sun isn't good. although it can be harmful, laying in the sun for a short period of time is good for u but if u want to take your tan really dark, that's when to use the fake tanner.

I like spray on because if u tan in the sun too much u can get sun spots wich makes you more likely 4 skin cancer

I would say real tan. Its good to be out in the sun but not too long. That could be harmful.
