eye bags!!

I have some really ugly eye bags,theyre hereditary so i can get rid of them with homemade methods and im not even 16 yet so no surgery. How do i cover it up?? I have olive skin tone since im from india.. So what color concealer?

Put the lotion mederma under ur eyes at night, works wonders. But makes it a little greasy so wash it off in the morning
