even skin tone

my skin is the type of skin that gets scratched up very easy. so I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of scars. oh and if you know any natural remedies can you tell me?!!!

Try making a face mask and adding lemon juice to it, lemon juice is a natural lightened so here's the mask : oatmeal ,honey , yoghurt and lemon juice the oatmeal exfoliates which breaks up th scar tissue! Hope I helped
