Eczema on the face!

i have a lot on my face and i spread so i have dry sensitive skin... what do i do?!

Okay so my skin is like yours, and I use olive oil to remove my make up, then wash my face with aveeno ultra calming foam facial cleanser. About once a week I make an oatmeal mask with honey oatmeal and olive oil and use that as my exfoiliater. Then every night before bed i put a little bit of olive oil on my face and the next morning my face looks fresh and hydrated! The number one thing that helps me the most is that I use all natural stuff (yes the aveeno is natural!!) and I avoid cleansers with harsh chemicals. I hope this helps you the way it helped me!!! For Atopic dermatitis/ Eczema moisturizing is key. Effective moisturizing helps in reducing or preventing skin dryness common in winter. To help control itchiness and irritation use moisturizers that are creamier. Cerave is a good one for sensitive skin. Also consume a diet mainly consisting of fruits and vegetables – preferably raw when possible. Cut down on any other animal protein. Pulses, lentils and foods containing vitamin B6 and zinc are great in effectively controlling eczema in winter.
