Drugstore water based foundation?

Which is the best water-based foundation from drugstores?.. Water-based foundations are useful for acne prone skin also, I heard it doesn't clog pores..

I use maybelline bb creme and I like it isk if it's water based but i have oily skin and it doesn't make my skin greasy.

I use maybelline dream liquid mousse foundation it's water based and has good coverage. It does have a bit of a dewy finish so if your skin is oily it may not work as well. A good foundation for oily skin is revlon colour stay foundation I'm not sure if its water based but if you look at the ingredients on the back aqua should be the first ingredient if it is. Hope this helps :).
